Instead of 1-3 business days (This is to ensure the contents and especially the intentions while collecting items) While I'm selecting your custom items, I'm connecting myself spiritually and asking for guidance to create your mystical handpicked box of wonders and magick.

Just choose the size box you desire and any other requirements. Also, please understand when picking the size, you are getting value worth of products in the box. Also, I tend to put extra items in, if I feel the need too.

So, choose the desire kit, and a little bit info, and we take care of everything from there. 

 All our shop candles are created with soy wax or beeswax. See individual listing for more information.

Be aware that mostly all our candles contain crystals, herbs, and other elements inside and on top of our ritual candles, which can catch on fire when the candle is lit. A close watch is necessary. If an herb catches the flame, please extinguish it with a fire-resistant tool.

If you purchase candles from our shop, you are acknowledging and agreeing that YOU WILL REMOVE all flammable materials on top your purchased candle and follow the instructions for wick trimming before use.

Be cautious with my creations/ any candles like these that contain flammable elements! ALL CANDLES ARE A FIRE HAZARD! So be cautious when using! 

 If you have an ALLERGIES or an INGREDIENT concern about a specific element, don't hesitate to contact us! I can tell you if it may an ingredient in our product. I don’t share my entire ingredients list or recipes in my descriptions.

There is a lot of small shops, and we all have similar ideas. However, my recipes do come from me only, and I want to keep protecting my hard work from ever being copied. There's so much energy that goes into my products, so my recipes are crypt.

However, please again reach out and ask if I use an ingredient, you are concerned about in the product you are interested in. I will have no problems at all answering and sharing that info with you 

 A Smoke Blessing- (With specific Items) I will recite My Smudging Prayer and bless, purify, and cleanse your item from the loose cleansing herbs with the smoke. Also, will enclose an herb and crystal sachet.

Spiritually Blessing- (With image, tapers, and pillar candles) I do a cleansing first, then I will pray over your candle, next I will charged, carved, and dressed your candle for you. You can write what your intentions are in the “note to seller box" at checkout and I will take it from there! ***There is a charge for this option. Due to the energy work that is presented and the supplies that is used.

If the option is given, may choose what you desire, to agree or disagree. Again, these are optional choices. 

 We do offer holidays and special occasions gift wrapping. We wrap in seasonal boxes and wrapping. This will also include correct theme tissue paper, ribbon, bows, stickers, or stamp art. We do ask for a small fee in the amount of $5.00.

We are happy to include a birthday card and/or a message with any order at no charge. All you need to do is just write what you’d like to include in the “note to seller box" at checkout and we're take it from there! 

 We do accept returns only within 7 days of delivery; however, Items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused. *Rituals oils, waters, washes, incenses, and custom kits are not returnable. This will also include Bath and soaps items due sanitary reasons.

Exchanges are also accepted with items equal dollar amount, please note that all purchases on this website are while supplies last, therefore exchanges are based upon available inventory. If your item is no longer in stock, you are eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs), as long as the item has not been opened or used and has been within the 7-day limit.

Cancellation is accepted as well. However, we will not approve after 2 days of initial purchase date. 

 Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Unless stated otherwise. Please be sure all shipping information is correct, so future error will not be made.
We will not be responsible for items/packages not arriving due to incorrect shipping information. We provide tracking information for all orders. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

ISSUES WITH PRODUCTS:
If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise was damaged or defective, please contact us on Etsy or by email at orders.tmrs@gmail.com We support you every step of the way. 

 Unfortunately, at this time, I will not accept orders out of the United States. Due to previous issues with customs clearance, as well with lost and stolen packages in the past.

It’s not feasible as a seller at this time to pursue this shipping option. I apologize for any inconvenience and/or dissatisfaction this may cause. When the time comes, we hope to fulfill international orders.
